As the purchasing manager, I streamlined their entire ordering, logistics, and inventory control systems. The protocol that I implemented resulted in improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. We completed some amazing projects and accomplished many great things during my seven years employed there. OPERATIONS MANAGER
HYDROSTAR HYDROPONICS & ORGANICS

When he opened the store, I was still working for my own company (4N Productions), but had extra time available to help him with the venture. With very little capital, and not much assistance, we managed to build a solid clientele, and the business was doing well. I oversaw nearly every aspect of operations for the business. Director
TriTech Small Business Development Center
I have known Dan Warren for over 20 years. He and I started as classmates in college and became very good friends. I can personally say Dan is a dedicated, hard working, successful business man. Straight out of college I saw him create, start-up, and run a very successful international business between the US and Japan. For several years he would work day and night at his business not letting anything stop him from succeeding. He even went back to college to study the Japanese language. Dan is solution oriented and always finds ways to overcome and adapt to any obstacles that present themselves.  I know Dan is more than capable of running any business and would definitely be an asset for anyone looking for someone to fill that position.  I wish Dan the best in his next chapter of life and will be there to watch him continue to succeed.

I met Dan Warren in 1999 in Tokyo, through a mutual friend. He was my first American business partner, and he has remained a good friend over the past 18 years. He helped me bring the California fashion brand Roial to Japan, and our company is still growing. Dan played a vital role during the negotiations for our distribution agreement with Roial, and I must admit that I could not have done it without his support.
I am not currently doing business with Dan, but I would welcome the opportunity to work with him in the future. His speed and accuracy has always been amazing, and he regularly exceeded my expectations. I am very confident that he would help any business to be successful.

MYÂ PERSONAL PROFILE

ABOUT ME
The person I am now is the result of my past experiences and the lessons learned along the way. I had many wonderful experiences growing up in Southern California. After high school I went to design college in Los Angeles for two years. Directly out of college, at the age of 19 I started a company with a high school friend who was an exchange student from Japan. Our business took me to Japan many times and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the country and the people. My experiences over 10 years of going there had a profound impact on me and have stayed with me to this day.
These days when I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, sporting event, and being outdoors. Snowboarding is my favorite hobby, and I also love playing basketball. Being new to the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy exploring the beautiful nature and scenic landscapes here. I make a point to plan new and interesting adventures at least once a year. Whether it's a road trip to Calgary Canada, or a month long excursion in Belize, I take time to carefully plan these wonderful vacations that create unforgettable memories for myself and my family. I believe life is all about the balance between work and play, and I approach both with a passion and enthusiasm.
